If an item you ordered from LiveTheHunt.com does not meet
your expectations, simply return it by mail within 15 days
of receiving it and we will exchange it for another item
of equal value. Additional guidelines are also noted below.
If you were sent a damaged or defective product,
we will issue a credit for the returned item(s) and exchange it
for the same product of equal value.
If you were sent an incorrect product,
we will issue a credit for the returned item(s) and exchange it
for the correct product ordered.
Shipping charges for the returned item(s) are not refundable.
Shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.
LiveTheHunt.com is not responsible for orders placed incorrectly
(i.e. wrong size or item ordered).
To return and exchange an item by mail,
fill out "Items to Be Exchanged" on the bottom of our
invoice, indicating the item you are returning, the reason for the
return, and the new item(s) you want sent. Please be as specific
as possible when describing the new item. For example, give the
item name, number, size, and so on. Then enclose the invoice with
your return.
Items may only be exchanged for other items of same value.
Please return all items in the original package, unless
packaging is damaged or otherwise not usable.
Item(s) may not be returned if worn. Once the tag has been
removed from the garment it is considered worn and is not returnable.
Please do not return items C.O.D. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted.
We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please
allow 14-21 days.
